What Acervo is
Acervo connects to the documentation an institution chooses to make available — regulations, inventories, repositories, catalogues, publications or internal procedures — and creates a search and conversational experience over those sources.
When someone asks a question, the system first retrieves relevant, authorised information. The answer is built from that context and retains references to the documents consulted so it can be verified.
The institution remains in control: it chooses the sources, defines who can access them, sets the response tone and decides when a request should be passed to a person.

Prepare descriptions, summaries and information materials from selected sources. Content can follow templates and remain subject to editorial review.
